1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of QRAgents (“the service”). By creating an account, configuring an agent, or interacting with an agent as a visitor, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. How QRAgents works

QRAgents lets businesses (“operators”) attach an AI assistant to a physical touchpoint such as a QR code or NFC tag. Operators configure each agent and choose the content it draws on. The operator — not QRAgents — is responsible for the information their agent provides and for how their agent is used. QRAgents provides the platform; it does not author, endorse, or verify operator content or agent output.

3. AI output — important

Agent responses are generated automatically by artificial intelligence. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or otherwise wrong, and may not reflect the operator’s intent. Responses are provided for general information only and are not professional advice— including legal, medical, financial, safety, or other regulated advice. Do not rely on an agent’s output for any important decision without independently verifying it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRAgents and operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI output or actions taken based on it. If a response could affect health, safety, money, or legal rights, consult a qualified professional.

4. Visitor conduct

If you interact with an agent, do not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, and do not share sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, full payment card numbers, passwords, or health details). Agents are automated and conversations may be reviewed to operate and improve the service.

5. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. You agree to provide accurate information and to be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload to your agent. You grant QRAgents a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, embed, and display that content as needed to operate the service. You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use QRAgents for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or high-risk purposes.
• Do not configure an agent to give regulated professional advice as if from a licensed professional.
• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Do not attempt to break, probe, scrape, or overload our systems.
• Do not use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.

8. Operator responsibility & indemnity

Operators are solely responsible for their agents, the content they ingest, the actions their tools take (e.g. webhooks, orders, notifications), and compliance with laws that apply to them — including consumer protection, advertising, accessibility, and data protection. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QRAgents from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your agent, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms.

9. Plans and billing

Free plans are subject to limits. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period unless required otherwise by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to other users or the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI output. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRAgents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising from or related to the service or any AI output. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.

13. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s place of establishment unless a mandatory law provides otherwise. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes by email or in the dashboard. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
